We have come a long way from our beginnings in Corpus Christi, TX. With a passion for helping people find success, Linda K. Jordan, our founder and CEO, struck out on her own to start the company after more than 10 years in the recruiting field. Other branches in Austin, Houston, and San Antonio followed, making L.K. Jordan & Associates one of the most respected women- and family-owned staffing and recruiting firms in Texas.

Leslie Jordan joined the firm in 1999, serving as vice president until she was named president in 2017. With an education in business management and entrepreneurship, her leadership is taking the company to new heights.
