Environmental Engineering Project Manager
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Environmental Engineering Project Manager to manage ongoing client projects, develop new business, and provide senior-level direction across various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, industrial, governmental, waste management, and energy. This role will also involve mentoring junior staff and ensuring effective management of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage current clients and develop new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to budget and cost controls.
  • Supervise and guide technical and administrative staff, fostering team collaboration.
  • Lead and direct environmental projects involving site investigations, remediation strategies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct environmental assessments and audits for real estate development, focusing on hazardous waste site investigation/remediation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for site remediation and regulatory compliance, including spill response plans, water/waste permitting, and audits.
  • Provide oversight of Phase I/II environmental assessments, due diligence, and environmental management system audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil, or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in hazardous waste site investigation/remediation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Experience in business development and client management.
  • Expertise in environmental compliance, including spill response plans, water/waste permitting, and compliance audits.
  • Proficiency in site investigation/remediation under state voluntary programs and RCRA Corrective Action.
  • P.E. or P.G. required.
  • Existing client connections are a plus.
