About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and outgoing Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and strengthen community partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and bringing creative custom solutions to schools, sports teams, small businesses, and organizations.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and build relationships with schools, businesses, and sports organizations
Present and sell custom apparel, letterman jackets, patches, and promotional products
Attend local events, expos, and networking opportunities to represent Izzy’s Game On
Work closely with our production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Meet monthly sales goals and track client interactions
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred (apparel, printing, or sporting goods industry a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable with local travel and in-person visits
Passionate about supporting local schools, sports, and community groups
