Job Title: Director of Marketing - Medical Practice

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Pay: Starting at $100,000.00 and up Depending on Experience

Position Summary: The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance patient engagement, and drive growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead a marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with the practice's goals and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local organizations, community groups, and healthcare professionals to increase visibility and promote services.
  • Patient Acquisition & Retention: Design and implement patient outreach programs to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance issues is a plus.
