HR Generalist – Goodwill Industries of South Texas (Corpus Christi, TX)

Goodwill South Texas is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, with a strong focus on employment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role is responsible for managing job postings, conducting interviews, facilitating new hire orientations, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and supporting employee relations. The HR Generalist will also represent Goodwill at job fairs and serve as a resource for staff and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree + 1 year of HR experience OR High School diploma + 3 years of HR-related experience.

  • Knowledge of employment laws.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish/English) and HRIS experience.
