Quality Care Incentive Programs Manager
Amistad Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Care Incentive Programs Manager to support Amistad’s value-based care and population health initiatives. This role focuses on quality performance, financial tracking, care gap improvement, reporting requirements, and contract management across all service lines and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage value-based care and payer incentive contracts
- Track quality performance, care gaps, and financial outcomes
- Support UDS, payer, and CMS reporting requirements
- Ensure coding and billing accuracy for population health programs
- Provide data analysis to guide improvement efforts
- Collaborate with CMO/COO, CFO, and clinic leadership
- Support HRSA and FTCA compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in population health or managed care
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in EHR, population health software, and Microsoft Office
