Chief Operations Officer

Amistad Health is seeking a Chief Operations Officer.  The Chief Operations Officer is responsible for the direction, supervision, and coordination of the overall clinical and ancillary support and business operations. Accountable for the effective management and fiscal viability of all operational departments. Primary focus is day-to-day operations, achievement of long- and short-term performance goals, patient satisfaction, and driving a culture focused on high-quality health care and service excellence.
Supervisory Roles: Provides administrative direction and oversight to operational department directors and managers, and participates in the recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluation of professional and non-professional staff.
