I perform pediatric and adult eye muscle surgery, tear duct surgery, ptosis surgery, chalazion removal, eyelid mass removal, amblyopia management, and glaucoma screening. I care for emergency eye problems and can determine a surgical plan for your eye needs

I am so excited to care for the children of Corpus Christi TX. My goal is to make sure every child sees well and can see with both eyes. 

Dr. Akor has been in practice since 2006. She completed her college at Yale University. Her medical school in West Virginia. Her eye surgery training at SUNY Buffalo and her pediatric eye surgery training at Children’s Health Care of Atlanta.
