About Us

SWBC is an international financial services company, providing products and services to help businesses, families, and financial institutions meet some of their most critical goals. SWBC has employees across the U.S. We are licensed to market and service a variety of financial products in all 50 states, and our products are offered through several wholly owned subsidiary corporations.
SWBC President, Gary Dudley, and Chairman, Charlie Amato, met in elementary school in the small East Texas town of La Porte. A series of family moves caused them to lose contact, but they were later reunited by way of Sam Houston State University. Immediate post-graduate career paths diverged, but by the mid-seventies, both men were working for the same company, selling credit life insurance. Successful, entrepreneurial, and possessive of extraordinary amounts of integrity, they quickly conspired to venture out on their own.

On April 1, 1976, SWBC was co-founded by Amato and Dudley on the principles of providing excellent customer service and putting clients and their needs first—without ever compromising service, ever.

Today, SWBC is an international financial services company, providing products and services to help businesses, families, and financial institutions meet some of their most critical goals.
