Join Whataburger for a special Boots and Badges Celebration on Wednesday, March 1, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Whataburger located at 1521 Airline Rd. Whataburger invites the Corpus Christi community to help celebrate the local men and women in uniform who keep our community safe. Attendees can meet the Corpus Christi police and fire departments and check out emergency vehicles while learning about fire safety and crime prevention. At the event, Whataburger will also include its popular “Whataburger for a Year” drawing, where one customer’s name will be drawn to win the prize – a free Whataburger each week for an entire year. To add to the fun, there will be a face painter, balloon artist and photo booth at the event. 97.5 KFTX Real Country will also be onsite.
