Join us for an inspiring three-part leadership development series based on best-selling author Mark Miller’s framework, The Leader’s Journey. This powerful model emphasizes that great leadership begins with character and to lead well requires serving others. Participants will learn to better assess their strengths and weaknesses in each leadership area and discover and use tools that will help them develop an individual leadership development plan. As leaders grow themselves, they become better equipped to grow their teams and strengthen their organizations.

Session 1: Leading Self - Becoming the Leader Others Want to Follow

Discover the difference between leadership skills and leadership character as well as the importance of working on your leadership character no matter your role or area of focus.

Session 2: Leading Others - Mastering the Fundamentals of Leadership

Dive into some of the challenges associated with assuming a leadership role and explore the servant leadership model. Learn why embracing these values are important to your own leadership development, as well as those you lead.

Session 3: Leading Organizations - Building a High Performance Team/Organization

March 5, 2026 from 8:30 - 12:30pm

Shift your perspective to the broader organization. This session helps participants identify common challenges, align around shared goals, and explore the principles that drive high-performing teams and thriving workplace cultures.
