De Generación en Generación: Three Generations of South Texas Chicano/a Artists
The Weil Gallery at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi is hosting the ongoing art exhibition, “De Generación en Generación: Three Generations of South Texas Chicano/a Artists,” highlighting works of art by Antonio E. García, Amado Peña, and Gina Palacios.
The works trace the evolution of Chicano/a art in South Texas over the past century. The show is curated by Dr. Carey Rote of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Dr. Liz Kim of Texas A&M Kingsville. The Weil Gallery is located at the Center for the Arts on the TAMU-CC campus and is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
