Operations Administrative Assistant

Under the guidance of the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, the Operations Administrative Assistant will perform specialized clerical and technical duties in support of some of our Operations teams.

Specific duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate staffing schedules for multiple departments under the Operations division.
  • Procure supplies in accordance with procurement policies for multiple departments under the Operations division.
  • Process department purchase orders and invoices for multiple departments under the Operations division.
  • Assist with scheduling of facility-wide inspections with local, state, and federal enforcement organizations.
  • Assist in maintaining historical records of facility and associated equipment/system maintenance and repair.
  • Assist with electronic filing of operations-related files
  • Assist operations management team with preparation of correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, graphs, memoranda and related materials; distribute pertinent information, scanning and filing.
  • Schedule Education programs by utilizing multiple online platforms
  • Communicate externally to parents/guardians, program participants, organizations, and third-party vendors/contractors
  • Perform errands as needed/requested
Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
