The Texas Food Championship returns to Water's Edge Park in Corpus Christi on September 25–27, 2026, bringing together the state's top chefs, pitmasters, bakers, mixologists, food artisans, and culinary creators for an unforgettable weekend of food, competition, live entertainment, and family fun.

As the Official Texas State Qualifier for the World Food Championships, competitors from across the state will battle for championship titles and coveted Golden Tickets to compete on the world stage. Guests will experience live cooking competitions, celebrity chefs, interactive culinary demonstrations, the Texas Culinary Collective, artisan market vendors, food trucks representing the diverse flavors of Texas, live music, beverage experiences, VIP hospitality, and activities for all ages.
