International Consulting Engineers (ICE) is currently a company of 70 employees, that was founded in
2010 to provide professional Engineering / Architectural Services including Civil, Structural, Marine
Engineering, Surveying and Project/Construction Management services to governmental agencies,
corporate entities, private developers, and municipalities. ICE has offices in Corpus Christi, Edinburg,
and San Antonio Texas and is currently expanding into the Houston area. Additional firm capabilities
include construction services, construction management, road and transportation design, preparation of
technical reports, master drainage plans, general studies and investigations, construction documents,
specifications, and estimates, Survey 3-D scanning and ariel mapping. In 2019, ICE was honored as
the overall USDA Small Business Contractor of the Year a nationwide recognition, based on
exceptional performance on multiple government projects.
