CEC is an employee-owned company. Our CEO is Dustin Kuhlman. Our Corpus Christi Office Lead is Harold Barber.

We are looking forward to our continued success and growth in the state of Texas, particularly in the Texas Coastal Bend area. We know a partnership with the Chamber helps us to be connected to the expansion anticipated in the region over the next decade. 

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is an engineering and environmental consulting firm with more than 1,300 team members and 31 offices nationwide. CEC is consistently ranked among the top firms on Engineering News-Record’s annual lists of the Top Design Firms and Top Environmental Firms. CEC Corpus Christi operations were established in February 2023 as an extension of our firm’s Houston operations. CEC is already performing work in Corpus Christi thanks to the existing client relationships of our employees. Ongoing relationship building by this group has led to the expansion of CEC’s client list and associated work.
