"Boating Made Simple" Freedom Boat Club is the oldest and largest boat club in the nation providing reciprocal access to 300+ locations in the US, Canada, and France. The vision and purpose in establishing the boat club model were simple and straightforward … to provide an affordable option to boat ownership and to deliver a hassle-free recreational boating experience for its members.

Growing up with a love for being on the water, Freedom was the answer to reignite my passion for the outdoors and I saw tremendous opportunity to bring the boat sharing concept to one of the premier Texas Coast destinations at Marker 37 Marina. 

I am thrilled to have opened Freedom Boat Club of Corpus Christi and look forward to sharing my passion for boating with the local community. 

Steven is a veteran franchisor and entrepreneur in the Houston area and an avid recreational boater and fisher.  Now a resident of N. Padre Island, Gordon will be combining his passion for business and boating with the launch of Freedom’s first Corpus Christi location and the 11th location across the state of Texas.

In the short 10 months of operation, we were awarded the Rookie Club of the year, a great reflection of our staff and amazing founding members. 

We are located on Sunset Island in the heart of the Marker 37 Marina, next to Snoopy’s just off the JFK Bridge (SPIID) on North Padre Island. next to Snoopy’s on Sunset Island. Exit SPID as you come over the JFK bridge.
