Citrus Bistro was born in 2012 supporting our belief that we are what we eat and with the determination to provide high standards every day, satisfying and delighting our customers because good eating brings out the best in us. Today thanks to the love and support of this community we are back and ready to deliver the best quality in everything we do.

Cristina arrived to Corpus Christi 10 years ago with her 3 children Gus, Cris & Bernardo and immediately felt welcomed and embraced by the beautiful community of Corpus Christi. With a major in business and studies in psychology, she always from a very young age, showed a passion for good food and everyone who had the opportunity of enjoying what she cooked and prepared whenever she had a chance absolutely loved it. Once sealed in, the opportunity to prepare professionally on culinary arts came up and she took it, opened up the first Citrus Bistro back in 2012, and now almost a decade later Citrus is Reopening in this great new location and looking forward to service and delight the Corpus Christi community once again
