Ali Hoffberg is the Owner of Clean Hair Salon, a new Green Circle Certified salon opening in Corpus Christi Texas April 1st. Ali previously enjoyed working in operations management for The Beautiful Group who owned and operated Regis and Mastercuts brand franchise salons. Ali managed over 20 salons in South Texas and supported amazing growth in her salons as the #1 District leader for the company. Her focus, building strong teams with an even base of technical skill, professional ability, global vision for the business, and most importantly amazing guest experience and service attitudes.
Ali is no stranger to leadership and growing Stylists, teams, and companies. She also supported as the Artistic Leader for Ratner Companies, leading the Technical Education department for the Hair Cuttery Brand and supporting all other Ratner brands. As the AL, Ali led a national education team of over 25 educators supporting 42 branded learning center locations.
Ali has been a practicing cosmetologist for almost 20 years and has enjoyed being published in various Magazines, Websites, and National Advertisements either as a Master/ Celebrity Stylist or expert advisor in the field.
Ali enjoys her career in education advancing when she achieved the title of Redken Performing Artist for over 15 years specializing in color conversions, salon turnarounds, and creative technique class development and branded core/principal education formats. Ali also enjoyed acting as a mentor to new Redken Artists, and performing across the country with Various Redken Teams. Currently as the Artistic Leader for Ratner, Ali’s true passion is is practiced on a larger scale.
Whether it’s supporting her new dream salon, Leading Education teams in Technical Facilitation development or supporting operations, her commitment and method is proven to support stylist bench strength growth that is fundamentally necessary to increase Operational Revenue and more importantly help Salon Professionals live a better life.
