The festival will include performances by area and regional high school ensembles as well as the University's Mariachi de la Isla. In addition to the ensembles\, festivalgoers can browse items for sale by vendors\, enjoy activities like face-painting and arts and crafts\, watch or participate in a Grito contest\, and purchase food from food trucks.
