DESCRIPTION:Join the College of Business at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and the Coastal Bend Innovation Center in celebrating Veteran's Small Business Week! \n\n\n\nBeginning Monday\, Oct. 31\, through Friday\, Nov. 4\, the Innovation Center will be hosting several events that will provide veterans with important information that could turn an entrepreneurial idea into a reality! Veteran's Small Business Week events will take place on the following dates and times:\n\n\n\nMonday\, Oct. 31\n\n2   6 p.m.\n\nCoastal Bend Innovation Center Open House\n\nCome and learn about all of the resources available through the Innovation Center. Small Business Administration (SBA) representatives and Innovation Center clients will be available to provide valuable entrepreneurial insight.\n\n\n\nTuesday\, Nov. 1\n\n11:30 to 1:00 p.m.\n\nFunding for Veterans\n\nThe Innovation Center will host a panel of experts from several funding agencies that provide financial assistance to veterans. Discussion topics will include start-up fund opportunities\, how to grow your business and the opportunities and challenges associated with each.\n\n\n\nWednesday\, Nov. 2\n\n8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. \n\nBoots to Reboot Workshop (1 of 2 sessions)\n\nIn partnership with the Small Business Administration\, the Innovation Center will offer a two-day workshop on starting or growing a veteran-owned business. The workshop is open to veterans and their families.
