Holly's sister opened a shop in Valdosta\, GA and hearing the success\, Holly encouraged Mary Jo to go into business as partners of Mississippi Belles LLC and open Smallcakes: Corpus Christi.  Mary Jo's background lent itself well to this business as she has worked for Southern Living Magazine in the Cooking School test kitchen and managed the USA Rice Council test kitchen for 11 years.  Fate brought these Mississippi girls together and we would like to share that Mississippi hospitality with Corpus Christi.
