DESCRIPTION:For the past 12 years Miracle League has offered year round sports/recreation programs for ALL Special needs youth and adults in the Coastal Bend. We are the FIRST Special Needs zero obstruction field in South Texas.\n\n\n\nThe Miracle League of CC is excited to be a member of the United Corpus Christi Chamber! Without the support of businesses\, volunteers\, donors and the City of Corpus Christi our Special Needs population would not have access to year-round sports that help to improve physical fitness\, socialization\, mobility\, coordination and team-building.\n\n\n\nThe Miracle League of CC began as a Rotary Club of CC Evening project led by Brian Devaney. After 4 years of fundraising $750\,000 to build the field\, we opened the first season in March 2011. Our sports programming has expanded and we are so proud to offer more athletic opportunities than any other Miracle League in the country. We are excited and looking forward to eventually and strategically expand our facilities to include an adult size multi-purpose field next our field. This will enable even more adult special needs sports in the Coastal Bend.
