We wanted to share what helped our family and shaped our lives for the better.\n\n \n\nMe and my wife started changing our lives after my wife had our first daughter. She wanted to lose the baby weight so me and her started a diet on our own and we had huge changes in a matter of weeks but not just physically but we felt better as well. People would ask what we were doing and we would share what helped us but the one road block everyone always ran into was having the time to cook the food they needed to eat. So we started cooking out of our own house for everyone who was interested in making that change. From that point we came across this great franchise that was just as passionate as we were about helping others. We sacrificed a lot to make this happen just so we could continue to help others that wanted to make that change. We are excited to be able to celebrate our 2 year anniversary with everyone.
