DESCRIPTION:We are very excited about the Food Bank's new name as it better reflects our area of service\, 11 counties in the Coastal Bend.\n\n\n\nThe Food Bank of Corpus Christi was established in 1982\; this year we are celebrating 35 years of services to the Coastal Bend.  There is no better way to celebrate than by sharing our new image with the Coastal Bend Community.\n\n\n\nWe are planning a "celebrity volunteer day" where the Mayor\, City Council members and other local celebrities will help us prepare food boxes for distribution.
