LOCATION:Directions: Take SPID to the Island and pass the 2nd traffic light which is Whitecap Blvd. Go to the 2nd blinking light which is Encantada and turn left into Padre Balli Park. Follow winding road to the end (Beach) and turn right. Continue on paved road to parking lot entrance and you'll see Bob Hall Pier up ahead. Hope to see you there!
