DESCRIPTION:Our team of professionals is excited to grow our footprint in Corpus Christi and bring healthcare access to more seniors with our new Ayers Street location.  This is Conviva's third center in Corpus Christi\, joining Bayside (4254 Alameda Street) and Central Corpus (917 S. Port Ave.)\, and we look forward to meeting our new neighbors. Conviva Care Centers offer whole-person\, senior-focused primary care aimed primarily at members of Medicare Advantage health plans.\n\n \n\nConviva operates approximately 150 senior-focused primary care centers\, including those in El Paso and San Antonio as well as much of Florida. We know seniors' healthcare needs are different from those in other groups\, and our physician-led care teams address both physical and behavioral health\, along with social factors that play a role in a patient's wellbeing.
