DESCRIPTION:Join us at YWCA Corpus Christi for a special Ribbon Cutting celebrating the unveiling of our Faces of Our Future Mural and the dedication of our Community Garden.\n\nThe mural features 108 individual portraits created by our YWTeen Summer Leadership Camp participants\, celebrating the creativity\, voices\, and potential of our local youth. During the summer\, our teens also helped bring the Community Garden to life by working on the garden beds\, planting\, and beautification of the space.\n\nThis project was made possible with the support and guidance of local muralist Monica Marie Garcia\, Grow Local South Texas\, and our community partners.\n\nWe invite Chamber members\, community partners\, families\, and friends to join us as we celebrate our youth\, community\, creativity\, and growth.\n\nSunday\, August 23\, 2026\n\n11:00 AM\n\nYWCA Corpus Christi\n\n4601 Corona Drive\n\nCorpus Christi\, TX 78411\n\nThe celebration will take place during YWCA Corpus Christi's Women's Fit Fest\, happening from 7:30 AM 3:00 PM\, so guests are also welcome to visit the Fit Fest activities and vendors while on site.
