In fact\, every dollar raised helps the American Cancer Society save more lives from breast cancer through early detection and prevention\, breakthrough breast cancer discovery and research\, and lifesaving patient support.\n\n \n\n\n\nIn 2020\, female breast cancer surpassed lung cancer as the most commonly diagnosed cancer worldwide. Despite this\, the death rate from breast cancer dropped by 41% from 1989 to 2018 as a result of earlier detection through increased awareness and mammography screening\, as well as advances in treatments. And today we celebrate the more than 3.8 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S. including those who completed treatment and those still undergoing treatment.\n\n \n\n\n\nMen Wear Pink gives various communities an opportunity to nominate male leaders to kickoff fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society's breast cancer initiatives. We invite you to join us as we reveal our Men Wear Pink-Class of 2023!
