DESCRIPTION:Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi presents Goitse as part of the 2024-2025 Furgason BRAVO! Concert Series.\n\n\n\nNamed Live Ireland's "Traditional Group of the Year"\, Chicago Irish American News' "Group of the Year"\, as well as winning the prestigious "Freiburger International Leiter 2016" award in Germany\, Goitse (pronounced "Go-wit-cha) have become a leader of the new generation of traditional Irish ensembles.\n\n\n\nTheir distinctive sound lies in the quality of their own compositions interspersed with age-old traditional tunes which make each performance unique. The show will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday\, February 25\, at the Performing Arts Center. Ticket prices are $25 for general admission and $15 for Seniors.
