DESCRIPTION:Join us on November 12th for Coastal Bend's biggest day of philanthropy\, the 16th annual Coastal Bend Day of Giving.   Administered through Coastal Bend Community Foundation\, the Coastal Bend Day of Giving is a 24-hour\, online matching gift program benefiting charities providing basic needs such as food\, shelter\, medical care\, childcare\, and at-risk youth programs.  \n\n\n\nThis year\, 22 matching funders have pledged $1.5 million in matching funds\, offering donors the opportunity to make gifts that are DOUBLED\, up to $24\,000\, for each of the 62 participating charities!\n\n\n\nTo give to your favorite charity or charities visit coastalbenddayofgiving.org and click DONATE NOW.  Gifts via credit/debit card or an electronic check are accepted using a shopping cart method to allow donations to multiple charities in one transaction.   \n\n\n\nWith your help\, we can fight hunger\, support children\, improve health\, and reduce homelessness here in the community.  Since inception\, over $32.3 million has been donated.
